i came here for 2 nights and had a such great stay. lovely and beautiful hotel, polite staff, appreciated amazing location right by the aksa beach, and surprising clean beachfront. i was offered a room with awesome views instead of garden view. the service was helpful, including an early check-in. had no problem using their ample parking, the internet was free.

The stuff was hard-working and responsive, the breakfast offered was delicious with variety of food. We had a premium king room which was great-sized and huge. The setting was unbeatable, very close to the Aksha beach and other sea facing city hotels in south Bombay. We enjoyed the brunch in the High Tide, located nearby.

A Nice Business Stay at The Resort Mumbai
I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Located right on the picturesque Arabian Sea, the nice view from the outdoor pool was captivating. I spent some time at the Iyãsya luxury spa, and the serene atmosphere provided a perfect escape after long workdays. The variety of revitalizing therapies available—ranging from soothing massages to indulgent beauty treatments— redefined my understanding of relaxation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay comfortable and productive. The service throughout the hotel was really good, with attentive staff willing to cater to our needs. The delectable food spread at the on-site restaurant also added to our pleasant experience!

My room was dirty, and despite requesting help, they just cleaned it twice without resolving the issues. It had a foul smell, and I even saw flies buzzing around.

Finding the place is a hassle. It's far from the action and currently trapped in a web of roadworks, more than inconvenient. The dining areas were often chaotic, with up to three-hour waits for tables and orders getting mixed up, especially during peak hours. Food quality was inconsistent-stale bread and poorly prepared dishes that left a lot to be desired. A bizarre policy suggests they charge for simple toiletries like slippers. It's evident some areas need significant improvement to match the resort's ambitious claims.

Lekker stay in Mumbai 🇿🇦
Vishal was such a great chommie, sorted us out with everything we needed. The brekkie every morning was great, really enjoyed the live counters. Had a fun time by the pool too, so relaxing!
Service could be a bit slow at times, especially during busy meal times.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
Had planned a cozy anniversary cocktail party and everything was just what I needed. Swimming pool with fine sunset views, and the villa was flawless!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it felt justifiable.
